As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will enable the success of our most valuable partnerships and customer relationships. You will assist our largest customers in maximizing the value they get from our product. You will explore novel applications of our product to make valuable contributions in the buildings they operate. The Verdigris Enterprise Customer Success Manager is accountable for establishing and maintaining a long-term relationship with our enterprise customers to guarantee their satisfaction, retention and growth.
As part of the broader Growth team, you will convey the customers’ voice and valuable feedback on products and service improvements to sales, marketing and product teams. About the Growth Team
At Verdigris, we organize as small agile teams, typically sized between 3-8 people. The Growth team’s mission is to improve our rate of product adoption and demand by helping customers realize value from our service. Our team is multi-functional with broad skills in building a scalable customer facing organization. We’re searching for the right teammate to share our collaborative focus. While you have a skill set and passion for enabling customer success, you will be relied on to collaborate on other growth related responsibilities.
Planning. Develop and implement customer-specific success plans to connect customer-desired business outcomes to Verdigris products.
Onboarding. Implement and innovate improvements to the onboarding process to ensure successful adoption of product and services.
Relationship management. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the customer organization, such as executives, project managers and end users.
Platform and Application Adoption. Work with the customer to understand their use case(s) and ensure that the Verdigris products are being utilized effectively.
Deployment and Integration. You may also be responsible for developing and program managing deployment plans and ensuring products are integrated properly with the customer’s existing systems.
Executive Business Reviews. Schedule, prepare for, present, and follow up on executive business reviews.
Renewals. Implement and innovate improvements to the renewal process in order to provide timely and predictable revenue renewal.
Managing Churn and Risk. Monitor customer satisfaction and identify at-risk accounts. Work proactively to address issues, retain customers and manage contract renewals.
Support. Provide first line customer support to ensure continued functionality and reliability of Verdigris products.
Opportunity Discovery. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing needs, pain points and feedback. Cross-sell and upsell by understanding current and future needs. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote new products and services.
Collaborate with the team. Communicate customer insights and feedback to sales, marketing, and product development teams to provide feedback on products and service improvements.
5-8 years customer-facing or other relevant experience in post-sales activities
Your extraordinary communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills inspire and engage people of all occupations and preferences of thinking
You actively listen, build consensus and creatively problem solve
Your proven track record demonstrates your experience managing enterprise B2B customers, navigating complex decision-making processes and organizations, retaining and growing enterprise accounts, and directly interfacing with executive-level stakeholders
You expertly manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
You appreciate the value of organizing customer success metrics and workflows in Salesforce (or comparable CRM software)
You work well in a (remote) team environment
You enjoy meeting clients face-to-face and traveling
Nice to Haves
Relevant work experience or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent analytical degrees
Familiarity or experience in professional services engineering, project management, facilities management, construction, energy engineering, power systems engineering, asset management, built environment infrastructure, or data science
Familiarity or experience with modern IoT or sensor technologies
May require domestic and/or international travel
