Our Sharpshooter enables transformative applications across all crops and field types through the power of Verdant’s proprietary Bullseye Technology — delivering millimeter-level precision for weeding, thinning, and fertilization.
As a Customer Success Associate, you will serve as the primary contact for our grower partners, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our technology. You’ll work hands-on and remotely to support daily operations, guide adoption, coordinate machine uptime, and ensure that the Sharpshooter performs reliably across diverse field conditions. You’ll collaborate with internal engineering and field teams to resolve issues, gather feedback, and represent the voice of the customer.

What You Will Do:
Customer Onboarding & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for a set of regional customers.
- Guide onboarding, set performance expectations, and train users on safe and effective operation.
- Proactively maintain strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and trust.
Operational Uptime & Field Support:
- Monitor and support daily operations of Verdant machines in the field.
- Assist in resolving hardware/software issues, triaging tickets, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure timely fixes.
- Identify usage gaps and recommend operational adjustments to optimize performance and uptime.
Feedback Loop & Issue Resolution:
- Escalate systemic bugs or recurring issues to the engineering and product teams.
- Track and document all open issues, customer concerns, and improvement opportunities.
- Communicate technical updates clearly to growers and ensure they are informed and confident.
Training & Enablement:
- Deliver high-quality training to customers and third-party operators, both in person and remotely.
- Maintain and update customer-facing resources, FAQs, and support guides.
Documentation & Internal Reporting:
- Maintain records of customer visits, support actions, and recurring issues.
- Write and maintain issue logs and collaborate with internal teams to improve root cause tracking and reliability reporting.
Customer Advocacy:
- Champion the needs and feedback of customers within Verdant.
- Help shape new features and improvements based on real-world grower input.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; AA/AS or technical degree preferred.
- 1–3 years’ experience in customer success, field support, agriculture services, fleet operations, or technical account management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset; able to build trust and rapport with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agricultural equipment and/or electro-mechanical systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, highly responsive, and accountable.
