As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will work with the Director of Supply Chain to buy, receive, and inventory purchased and fabricated components for the construction of Agricultural Robots.
What You Will Do
- Prepare POs and work closely with vendors
- Receive packages, check-in contents, and manage packing slips
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Perform periodic inventory audits
- Maintain finished inventory status within SOS Inventory software
- Assist with accounts payable when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (with references)
- Attention to detail and the ability to perform detailed work consistently throughout an 8-hour workday
- Positive attitude
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience with SOS Inventory and/or Quickbooks Online
- Basic bookkeeping experience
