We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our product organization within a lean start-up focused on TigerGraph’s award winning graph database platform and ecosystem toolings. This unique position combines the responsibilities of product management and technical program management, requiring a unique set of skills and expertise.

As a Product Manager at TigerGraph, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of new features and enhancements to our graph database product, from ideation to launch. You will be involved in every aspect of the product development lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product is delivered on time, meets customers’ expectations, and meets the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product and technical program management and experience working with graph databases or other complex data systems. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a strong passion for building innovative products.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for TigerGraph platform
  • Manage product development process from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap planning
  • Write clear, concise, and actionable product requirements documents (PRDs) that outline product features and functionality
  • Draft wireframes, mockups, and other design artifacts to help communicate product requirements to engineering and design teams
  • Map the user journey and identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Document key areas and scenarios for the quality assurance team to include within their testing plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery
  • Identify and mitigate risks, track progress, and report on project status
  • Drive technical alignment and integration across multiple teams
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk mitigation plans

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management and/or technical program management
  • Proven experience managing the development of complex products, preferably in the data management space
  • Experience working with graph databases or other complex data systems
  • Experience and understanding of e2e data ecosystem capabilities: data-in / data-out integration via service, batch and streaming
  • Strong technical background and ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Obsessed with the customer experience and always looking for ways to improve it
  • Technical

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Redwood City, CA is $150,000 - $185,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. TigerGraph is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
