Position Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be instrumental in expanding the Starknet Ecosystem by engaging with early-stage teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and passion for the crypto industry, and be adept at sourcing projects, managing relationships, and ensuring smooth transitions for teams from pre-funding stages to successful fundraising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach and Engagement: Proactively reach out to early-stage teams and individual developers to introduce them to the Starknet Ecosystem.
- Event Participation: Source teams at global hackathons, developer events, and other industry conferences, requiring frequent international travel.
- Fundraising Coaching: Support teams in their journey from pre-funding stages to raising capital by connecting them with investors, market makers, and strategic partners.
- Grant Management: Facilitate the distribution of grants to teams, monitor their progress, and ensure effective utilization of the funds.
- Networking: Establish and maintain relationships between those early stage teams and key stakeholders, including investors, market makers, and partners.
- Project Management: Update and maintain the sales funnel, including presentations to senior management and other team members.
