As the Head of Business Development at Starkware, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and growth of StarkWare’s products, including StarkNet, SHARP and StarkEx. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to expand activity on StarkNet. This includes market mapping, identifying opportunities, and facilitating partnerships to enable companies to build substantial activities on the platform. Additionally, you will introduce and implement project management tools and KPIs to ensure effective execution of BD strategies. You will be responsible for growing the BD team, hiring in Israel and abroad to eventually lead a team of 6-8 professionals globally by end of 2025 (current team: 4).
Responsibilities:
● Lead the development and execution of the business development plan to drive activity on StarkNet, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
● Conduct thorough market analysis and mapping to identify key opportunities and target segments for StarkNet adoption.
● Cultivate relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders to promote StarkNet and facilitate the development of substantial activities on the platform.
● Introduce and implement project management tools, KPIs, and performance metrics to track progress and measure the success of BD initiatives.
● Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to align BD strategies with overall company objectives and priorities.
● Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
● Represent Starkware at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise awareness of StarkNet and drive engagement.
● Recruit and grow the BD team, hiring both in Israel and abroad to eventually lead a team of 6-8 professionals globally.
