- Lead Hiring Processes from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Identify Top Talent: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier talent within the technology industry.
- Build and maintain a strong network of passive candidates through networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Promote Company Culture: Serve as a brand ambassador for Starkware, tell our story, ensure candidates have a positive experience with our company throughout the recruitment process.
