As a FP&A Analyst in the FP&A team, you will:
- Own the full P&L of the company and act as the point of contact, control, and follow-up on key finance activities and KPIs.
- Annual budget plan and control
- Conduct analysis to compare actual results with forecast and budget
- Work with various departments to gather budget inputs and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Conduct various ad-hoc analysis to support decision making processes
- Optimize FP&A processes with automozation and systems to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.
- Analyze financial data and create reports for management
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate effectively to enable data-driven decisions
