Slip Robotics is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and maintain the technical infrastructure that powers our demand engine. You’ll own HubSpot and the broader stack — including Instantly, Clay, Warmly, and other personalization tools — to ensure clean data, smart workflows, and scalable automation.

This is a hands-on, technical role for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems and strategy. You’ll architect our lead lifecycle, ABM workflows, scoring models, and integrations — making sure every lead is enriched, prioritized, and routed with precision.

What You’ll Own

  • Own day-to-day management of HubSpot and GTM tools (Clay, Instantly, Warmly, Apollo, etc.)
  • Build and maintain ABM workflows, lead scoring models, and routing logic
  • Create segmented email nurtures by lifecycle stage, industry, and other key traits
  • Integrate enrichment and personalization platforms into marketing and outbound workflows
  • Ensure high data quality and enforce governance standards across systems
  • Manage integrations across tools (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Warmly, Zapier, Slack, etc)
  • Partner with sales, outbound, and digital teams to support campaign execution and lead flow
  • Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and build dashboards to track performance
  • 4+ years in marketing automation, GTM ops, or revenue operations
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, Warmly)
  • Proven success building and scaling ABM workflows in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle stages, scoring, routing, segmentation, and lead handoff
  • Experience with tool integrations, APIs, and no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, webhooks)
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and highly organized
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with a desire to contribute to business growth.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong sense of ownership
