What are we looking for?
SentinelOne is seeking a Staff Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team and support our expanding SaaS offerings. In this role, you will help modernize the web application developer experience by designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure solutions. You’ll work closely with development and operations teams to streamline build, deployment, and delivery pipelines, ensuring reliability and efficiency across our cloud environments.
What will you do?
- Lead initiatives to modernize and enhance the developer experience across SentinelOne’s web applications.
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to improve consistency, scalability, and automation.
- Support and optimize CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools such as GitHub Enterprise (GHE), ArgoCD, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
- Manage and integrate GitHub Enterprise (GHE) for version control, automation, and collaboration.
- Work with AWS, GCP and other cloud environments.
- Deploy and manage workloads in Kubernetes.
- Develop automation scripts and tooling to streamline operational processes, enhancing system stability and reliability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless software delivery and compliance.
- Drive best practices in scalability, reliability, and performance optimization across infrastructure systems.
What skills and experience should you bring?
- 8+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or a related discipline.
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools.
- Hands-on experience with ArgoCD, Jenkins, Artifactory, and GitHub Enterprise (GHE).
- Proficiency with AWS cloud services and the Kubernetes ecosystem.
- Solid Programming skills (e.g., Python, Bash, or Go) for automation and system integration.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment strategies.
- Proven ability to design and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Base Salary Range
$148,000—$204,000 USD
