What are we looking for?

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Advocacy Intern to join SentinellOne’s Strategic and Customer Marketing team for a 10-week fall internship. This role offers hands-on experience in customer advocacy, peer review management, content strategy and community engagement.

What will you do?

  • Support the growth of our SentinelOne Guardians Program
  • Strengthen our company’s presence across key peer review platforms (G2, Gartner Peer Insights and PeerSpot)
  • Help make our library of customer success stories more accessible to internal teams and external audiences

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics or related field - graduation date in 2026 or 2027
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with Google Workplace
  • Interest in technology, marketing or customer engagement

Logistics:

  • Fully-remote internship
  • 15 hours per week, paid position
  • 10 weeks long (mid-October to mid-December internship)
  • Preferred EST Time Zone

This U.S. role has an hourly pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.
