About Us
At SentinelOne, we’re redefining cybersecurity by pushing the limits of what’s possible—leveraging AI-powered, data-driven innovation to stay ahead of tomorrow’s threats.
From building industry-leading products to cultivating an exceptional company culture, our core values guide everything we do. We’re looking for passionate individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to drive impact. If you’re excited about solving complex challenges in bold, innovative ways, we’d love to connect with you.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Staff Solutions Architect with a focus on Data and SIEM to join our team and cover Southern EMEA. In this role, you will illustrate SentinelOne’s value to prospective customers, acting as both a technical expert and a trusted advisor. We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in a high-paced, startup-like environment and excels at pitching revolutionary technology to a wide range of stakeholders - from C-level executives to security engineers, IT operations, DevOps, and Engineering professionals. You’ll need to be comfortable “wearing many hats,” stepping up to drive solutions for both external and internal needs, and playing a critical role in accelerating our sales, strategic initiatives, and the growth of SentinelOne.
This role requires a strong mix of technical, business, and strategic skills, alongside creativity, compassion, and problem-solving acumen. You’ll support pre-sales efforts and act as a subject matter expert on data for the wider SentinelOne team in an overlay capacity. We value individuals who are smart, passionate about data, customer-first, and who bring energy, teamwork, and joy into everything they do.
At SentinelOne, the Data team is building a world-class data platform that delivers unrivalled cost, performance, and scalability for both us and our customers. The exponential growth of data volumes, data types, and data users demands a modern architecture to meet evolving enterprise requirements. Our mission is to help customers affordably collect and retain their most critical asset—data. SentinelOne is shaping the converged future of security and data through a unified data platform, and this is a unique opportunity to contribute to that mission, operating in an emerging, startup-like environment while helping scale our data business well beyond security use cases.
What will you do?
- Build and maintain deep product expertise, demonstrating how SentinelOne’s solutions directly address customer needs and pain points.
- Leverage both technical and commercial acumen to solve diverse, mid-level complexity cybersecurity challenges—anticipating obstacles and approaching problems with creativity.
- Support the Field Solutions Engineers with the Proof of Concept (POC) process, from compelling demos through to technical close, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Partner closely with the sales team to design and deliver security solutions tailored to each client’s unique challenges.
- Collaborate with channel partners and engage directly with select enterprise customers to expand SentinelOne’s reach and impact.
- Share insights from the field with product management, influencing features and strategy with real-world customer feedback.
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
- Full professional working proficiency of English
- 10+ years of experience with SecOps and cybersecurity, ideally with a focus on SIEM, or Data.
- Demonstrated success selling into mid-to-large enterprise customers, with proven ability to handle objections and position effectively against competing technologies.
- Solid understanding of hacking and exploitation tools, detection evasion techniques, notable malware families, and modern anti-malware strategies.
- Technically curious and eager to master emerging technologies across endpoint, mobile, and cloud security.
- Background in computer forensics, security architecture, penetration testing/red teaming, or incident response is a strong plus.
- Confident in presenting to both small groups and large audiences, with excellent facilitation skills for workshops and hands-on demos.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills; able to lead both business and technical conversations with executives and practitioners alike.
- Comfortable engaging seamlessly with CxO leaders as well as technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude, while also comfortable working independently within the broader EMEA team.
