What are we looking for?

As a People Operations Compliance Analyst, you will help ensure our People processes and data are compliant with internal and external regulations. You will support audits, manage key policies, and help enable our teams with the right tools and knowledge.

What will you do?

  • Audit & Compliance Support: Participate in monthly and quarterly SOX control audits, ensuring proper review documentation is recorded. Identify areas where controls could be improved or automated.
  • People Operations Policies & Procedures: Coordinate the annual policy review process, and draft new policy documents in collaboration with stakeholders when needed. Research local laws and regulations.
  • Compliance Training & Enablement: Work with People Technology Team to configure annual and new hire compliance training campaigns. Pull weekly training status reports to track training progress of all learners, and follow up with learners and managers as needed.
  • Regulatory, Sustainability and ESG Reporting: Gather and review data for mandatory regulatory, sustainability and ESG reports.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

What skills and experience should you bring?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, an HR related field, or have an interest and passion in growing in the People department
  • 5+ years of work experience in the People department or corporate environment
  • Workday experience is a must
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail, and confidence working with data
  • Capable and confident communicator with the ability to partner across all levels of an organization
  • Manage multiple, confidential, high priority tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel required
