What are we looking for?
We're looking for a People Ops Compliance Intern to support our People team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Basic knowledge of HR principles is a plus. You'll assist with daily compliance tasks, People team support, and special projects. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in People operations.
What will you do?
- People Ops Support: Assist the People Ops team with daily tasks and operations.
- Compliance Tasks: Perform tasks such as auditing, drafting policy and process documents, supporting our compliance training program, and other people operation responsibilities.
- Special Projects: Support special projects, such as converting manual processes to automated processes, running specific reports and updating headcount metrics.
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
- Bachelor’s Degree-seeking student - Studying an HR or Business-related field as a major subject is preferable.
- Workday experience a plus
- Excellent communication and organization skills with attention to detail required
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn

Logistics:
- Internship program is for 3-months long (October-December) with a monthly stipend
- This internship role is hybrid-remote flexible. We have an office in CR and will do onboarding and activities in-office.
