What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator who knows a thing or two about taking care of people and building great teams. As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, you will be a central part of Talent Acquisition. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and leadership across the company to help us hire great talent. Your strong attention to detail and customer service skills will help candidates feel informed, welcomed, and energized by their recruitment experience at SentinelOne.

You’ll be chartered with delivering an exceptional candidate experience through communication, systems, and programs. Unwavering in your pursuit of helping others and improving candidate experience, you’ll use your excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to help us build candidate experience programs and Talent Acquisition enablement.

What will you do?

  • Own the candidate interview process and logistics, and communicate with the hiring team and candidate
  • Manage complex scheduling of the entire interview process for various roles and levels
  • Support and manage Talent Acquisition Operations projects to help streamline processes and help drive enablement and training for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Create and own candidate experience programs and projects
  • Help the TA team maintain candidate data accuracy in Greenhouse
  • Conduct or assist with audits and mandatory reports, and compliance reviews
  • Maintain external job boards and postings, and pull ATS reports to track the effectiveness of postings
  • Support the recruiting team by attending virtual conferences and events, as needed
  • Help support and improve the Employee Referral Program on an as-needed basis
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned, such as training, process improvements, and projects

What experience and skills do you bring?

  • 3+ years HR and/or recruiting coordination experience, tech industry experience a plus
  • 1+ years of experience coordinating a high volume of interviews for technical teams
  • Experience with data entry and use of HRIS systems and/or Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse experience is a plus
  • Experience with automated scheduling tools, Goodtime experience is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and an attention to detail, balanced with the drive to get things done
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain a professional business appearance and attitude at all times
  • Exceptional customer service skills and proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization, as well as Executive Assistants, for interview/debrief scheduling
  • Proficient working knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive tools
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of accuracy and organization
  • Ability to work within ambiguity, be a problem-solver, and take initiative
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Self-starter and fast learner requiring minimal direction
