This team is responsible for application administration and integrations for the enterprise applications used by the company and drive the road map for projects and enhancements specifically for the support and services organization.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Business Systems Analyst, who will report to the Sr Director, Solutions Manager and will be responsible for scoping and solutioning requests that come in from the business along with assisting in hosting bi-weekly status calls with the various business units. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce administration and support skills, with a deep understanding of Service and Experience Cloud best practices.
