What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to help shape and communicate our investment narrative to the global investor community. You will be part of a team that is responsible for telling SentinelOne’s story to investors and equity research analysts.

In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to articulate SentinelOne’s performance, strategy, and vision to institutional investors and equity analysts. You’ll play a central role in the IR program including earnings preparation, analyst days, and investor conferences, while also serving as a trusted voice of the company in internal and external engagements.

Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional storytelling ability, and the capacity to build collaborative relationships across a dynamic, fast-paced organization.

What will you do?

  • Help in all aspects of the investor relations function and evolve into a trusted company spokesperson.
  • Develop investor-facing messaging and communication materials around earnings, SEC reporting, strategy, M&A, and other key events.
  • Support execution of quarterly earnings process and prepare quarterly earnings release, script, Q&A, investor presentation, and other supporting documents.
  • Help manage all investor relations events: earnings calls, conferences, roadshows, bus tours, annual shareholder meetings, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistency.
  • Build and maintain external consensus models, valuation analysis, peer benchmarks, and support internal ad hoc projects.
  • Maintain and continuously improve IR tools and resources, including the website, databases, calendars, and CRM systems.
  • Assist in proactive investor engagement strategies including targeting, non-deal roadshows, and conference participation.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Head of IR on all facets of investor relations and evolving best practices.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • 5+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, or buy-side investing—ideally in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and SaaS business models; cybersecurity experience is a major plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a technical discipline. MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Strong financial modeling and knowledge of valuation methods, macroeconomics, capital market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics.
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills – written and verbal – to create compelling investor communications, presentations, and responses.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex subject matter and communicate it clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, high energy, and eagerness to learn.
  • Possess a high level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information.
  • Willingness to travel several weeks throughout the year
