What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join the Customer Success Organization at SentinelOne. In this role, you will support the implementation of programs and initiatives for the Success organization, ensuring a positive experience and cross-collaboration across different teams.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the different programs’ lifecycle, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives while delivering desired outcomes. We are seeking a fast learner and a team player, with exceptional organization skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do?
- Ensure that SentinelOne is portrayed in a positive, authentic way as an ethical provider of reliable, effective and scalable security solutions
- Develop program strategies: plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Collaborate with members of the Customer Success organization and cross-functionally to ensure the success of existing and future programs
- Act as primary liaison between Customer Success and IT to ensure constant communication and progress across all open projects
- Facilitate effective communication and meetings across all departments and teams involved in any given program or project
- Keep project boards updated at all times with latest notes and updates, potential blockers, deadlines, relevant links, etc.
- Track program metrics through reporting tools to monitor programs lifecycle, progress, and success
- Identify, mitigate, and communicate potential risks and blockers to program success
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including process documentation, project plans, reports, analytics, and more
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall performance and efficiency
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Experience at an enterprise software company with knowledge of security technologies and operations
- Experience managing programs, in an operational role, or similar in a technical capacity
- Experience with reporting – collecting, analyzing, and presenting data in a clear and concise manner
- Experience with project management tools
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while being extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to swiftly adjust priorities based on business needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a strong sense of urgency and timeliness in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Enthusiastic, driven, and confident: the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the company’s mission, product and business opportunity
What will separate you from other candidates?
- Experience in the IT or Cybersecurity industry
- Experience with Google Workspace (specifically Google Sheets, and Google Slides)
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau reporting
