What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Sales and Channel Intern to join our team at SentinelOne. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to territory account planning, sales development strategies, and partner/channel ecosystem engagement within the high-growth cybersecurity sector. You will work closely with our sales and channel teams to support go-to-market initiatives and contribute to the expansion of our regional footprint.
What will you do?
- Assist in developing and maintaining territory account plans by researching prospects, identifying key stakeholders, and understanding buying centers.
- Support territory mapping exercises including whitespace analysis, account segmentation, and opportunity identification.
- Help prepare strategic briefs and presentations for internal territory planning reviews and partner QBRs.
- Collaborate with channel managers to gather and organize partner intelligence, certifications, and co-sell motions.
- Participate in channel pipeline tracking, partner-led opportunity updates, and partner tier tracking.
- Contribute to the alignment of direct and indirect sales activities through data validation, territory overlap analysis, and partner coverage recommendations.
- Aid in managing sales campaigns by tracking partner participation, lead progression, and joint GTM efforts.
- Conduct research on competitive vendors, regional trends, and customer pain points in assigned markets.
- Provide support for partner onboarding, enablement events, and territory execution workshops.
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or Technology Management.
- Interest or coursework in B2B sales, GTM strategy, or channel ecosystem is highly valued.
- Strong research, data analysis, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce), spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and presentation software (PowerPoint).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across teams.
