What We Are Looking For?
We seek an experienced product manager to join the SentinelOne Platform Operations team. This team drives the platform operations, powering our Endpoint, Cloud, and Identity products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, UX, and Business Intelligence teams to deliver impactful new features and capabilities. Your contributions will directly influence business growth, enhance product quality, and strengthen our market position. You will own and shape the workflows, features, and capabilities that manage SentinelOne Agents deployed across millions of endpoints worldwide.
What will you do?
- Define and champion the product strategy and vision for your area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration for product planning, prioritization, development, and launch, balancing responsiveness to customer needs with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for key features and capabilities, including defining detailed requirements, collaborating closely with engineering teams throughout the development process, and ensuring successful deployment and post-launch monitoring.
- Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to understand business, operational, and engineering requirements and design solutions effectively.
- Partner with customers and prospects to present product features, share the roadmap, and gather feedback for future improvements.
- Act as the product owner in an Agile development process, owning product requirements, defining feature acceptance criteria, and product launch.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to deliver user-centric designs that enhance the customer experience.
- Use data-driven insights from metrics, user feedback, and customer interactions to make informed product decisions and prioritize enhancements.
What skills & knowledge should you bring?
- 4+ years of product management at enterprise-level SaaS organizations.
- Proven record in delivering great customer experience for Platform and/or Endpoint software manageability workflows such as software deployment, policy management, asset management, or similar.
- Experience working with engineering and cross-functional teams in a software company.
- Strong desire to take ownership of new product offerings and develop capabilities to commercialize them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams worldwide.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Experience using data analysis tools to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in defining complex UI/UX workflows
- This position requires up to 15% travel worldwide to customer and SentinelOne locations.
- Cyber Security domain- an advantage
- Endpoint Security or Mangability products- an advantage
- Technical knowledge in Operation systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)- an advantage
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams as a Product Owner- an advantage
- Strong project management skills with a solid ability to multitask- an advantage
