What are we looking for?
SentinelOne has a unique and exciting opportunity to join the rapidly growing Global Support and Services (GSS) organization. The Customer Operations team within GSS is responsible for application administration and integrations, Product and Service Provisioning, Project Management and all data analytics for the GSS department..
The Customer Operations Project Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Customer Operations and will be responsible for leading all projects for the GSS department. They will plan, document, and manage all aspects of GSS projects to successful completion. They will serve as a liaison between the business and the Customer Operations Analyst or other technical resources participating in the project. They will provide timely and meaningful project status to key stakeholders and quickly escalate any issues if they arise. The majority of our project will be around our SFDC deployments so a solid understanding of SFDC infrastructure will be key to success.
What will you do?
- Lead a cross functional team to achieve project requirements, deadlines and schedules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for various projects.
- Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed
- Identify and resolve project issues quick or escalate as appropriate
- Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and key stakeholders
- Use technology to ensure all parties are informed on schedule and budget
- Conduct post-project evaluation
What experience or knowledge should you bring?
- 3+ years experience as project manager
- Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning
- Experience using project management tools to manage workflow
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to influence groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner without direct authority
- Firm understanding of SFDC infrastructure and configuration
- Organized with attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Google Suite
What experience or knowledge sets you apart from others?
- PMP certification
- Experience in a high tech Saas or cybersecurity company
- Experience in a hyper growth start-up environment
- Experience with Asana
- Experience in customer support or technology operations

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some
locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range
$92,000—$120,000 USD
