What are we looking for:
As part of SentinelOne’s WW Partner Operations Team, this role will support channel partner programs that are the foundation of the company’s partner ecosystem and channel strategy. This position will support process improvement initiatives that drive the scalability of our partner infrastructure globally. This includes all aspects of programs from contracting/onboarding to compliance measurements, ROI, and the development of systems requirements. Furthermore, the role will help define and measure critical performance metrics for each program & partner pathway. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes the opportunity to make a difference in building and managing next-generation partner programs. The position requires a strong channel background and an understanding of various partner business models. In addition, it requires strong collaboration and communication skills, project management, financial modeling, and good business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management to support key channel GTM initiatives, including drafting and maintaining business requirements to consistently optimize and integrate numerous internal systems of record that deliver sources of truth for partners and internal stakeholders.
- Become subject matter expert on partner systems, processes, and data
- Collaborate with finance regarding channel programs including MDF, back end rebates and other channel investments; will be responsible for developing processes to ensure payouts are compliant with overall program guidance.
- Work with cross functional teams to project manage and operationalize new programs and channel initiatives.
- Define KPIs, develop dashboards and reports; facilitate reviews with regional business partners.
- Liaise with the appropriate teams to develop robust, end-to-end partner operations processes and systems, including but not limited to partner applications and contracts, opportunity registration, NFRs, lead management process and program support.
- Measure, analyze and report on the effectiveness of the WW partner program activities such as partner recruitment, partner sales and technical certifications and program benefit (MDF, Rebates, etc.) ROI.
- Work closely with SentinelOne’s channel sales teams to support distribution and partner enablement programs.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of experience in channel operations & revenue operations;
- Experience in building infrastructure required to manage partner programs in high growth/global environments.
- Possess a solid understanding of SFDC/CRM systems, opportunities, contracts, and sales processes; deep understanding of CPQ systems and processes
- Experience with G-Suite, NetSuite and advanced business analytics tools (like Tableau) a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and manage aspects of programs manually as needed.
- Expertise with complex spreadsheet models & formulas; comfortable managing large sets of data
- Self motivated and the ability to show initiative and follow through on tasks and assignments
