What are we looking for?

As a Senior Channel Solution Engineer you will be responsible for supporting the most strategic corporate partners within the French channel ecosystem and you will quickly become the trusted advisor for key architects within each of the TOP named strategic partners.

You will focus on aligning partner enablement processes, tools and materials with global channel strategies, and you will look after the global direction, creation, and delivery of technical pre-sales enablement resources to partner SE teams.

The position will also entail hands-on responsibility for the delivery of training via onsite, online, and recorded mediums. Moreover, you will architect solution lab environments at partner sites to include security technologies for the partners to learn from and to demonstrate to their own customers.

What will you do?

  • Develop Technical enablement content for partner
  • Deliver Technical enablement content to partners
  • Mentor corporate partners (presales)
  • Manage and promote the process of partner pre-sales certification
  • Plan, administer and execute technical training schedules in region, and maintain attendance data
  • Mentor and support partner engineers in understanding how to deliver portfolio demos, conduct successful Evals/PoC/POV, and assist with setup of partner technical labs and customer service environments.
  • Support corporate elite partners community (Paladin program)
  • Develop technical training content for classroom and remote delivery
  • Deliver technical enablement training / workshops according to corporate marketing and partner strategy
  • Support product launches with a goal to quickly ramp-up partner technical resources quickly and efficiently on new and updated technologies
  • Engage and work within EMEA channel GTM team to identify knowledge requirements in partner technical teams and jointly develop plans to execute appropriate training to fill gaps
  • Work in close collaboration with Regional channel business management teams (CBMS) to support their partner development activities (Define metrics, targets, and outcomes)
  • Working in close collaboration with EMEA MSSP team to ensure the growth of partner technical enablement, operational business, and revenue
  • Building & maintaining business relationships with corporate stakeholders (CBMs, Presales, Marketing, Support, PMs & Executive leaders)

What skills and knowledge should you bring?


  • Minimum of 2+ years of full-time dedicated experience (senior) channel engineer role, or minimum of 4+ years as dedicated experienced (senior) enterprise pre-sales engineer
  • Ability to correctly identify partner's opportunities, effectively demonstrate salient technical aspects, and offer compelling business outcomes across the entire corporate portfolio
  • Domain expertise in both public and private cloud and enterprise security technology related to EPP/EDR/XDR
  • Knowledge of virtualization, containers, service-mesh, and enterprise service business
  • Knowledge and understanding of key differences between most popular cloud provider solutions and cloud orchestration tools (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and delivering Enterprise & Cloud-native security, distributed computing, and architectural solutions with a principle of “Secure by Design”


  • 2+ years of experience in defining security standards and reference architectures used to guide technical resources in secure system implementation and configuration for enterprise systems and consumption of public cloud
  • Understanding of Industry trends in the Cyber technology landscape, positioning & deployment of NextGen AV/SIEM/SOAR/TIP platforms
  • Expertise in performing Threat Modelling, generating security architectural requirements for CxO-level, IT & SecOps product teams.
  • One or more technical security certifications are a plus:
  • CCSP – Certified Cloud Security Professional
  • CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional
  • CSSLP – Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional
  • CISM – Certified Information Security Manager
  • CSEC – SANS CIAC Security Essentials

Key Characteristics:

  • High level of technically savvy, passionate to learn and use new/emerging technologies (Endpoint, Mobile & Cloud)
  • Excellent presentation skills, able coordinate and facilitate security workshops / demos to technical members
  • Strong ability to communicate with CxO level, technical and non-technical team members
  • Must work well independently / and with others as part of a larger EMEA team
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Readiness for extensive biz travel
