- Lead an improvement in the current processes and build a standard path to production workflows in Jira for major releases, patches, and hotfixes
- Verify that the documented processes have been followed for each release (control ownership) and drive the creation of automated workflows
- Triage waivers/extensions and ensure proper signoff
- Enforce production readiness documentation updates ahead of each release and partner with SRE and GSS to ensure that this documentation meets their needs
- Train and track adherence to the branching and versioning strategy of S1 overall
What experience & skills should you bring?
- 5+ years experience in software development, technical operations, SRE, or release management in companies with mature CI/CD systems
- Ability to work with executive leadership and all levels of the organization
- Experienced in driving change and large-scale strategic initiatives
- Strong communicator who can communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly. Demonstrated experience synthesizing data to craft the narrative
- Possess excellent judgment, and are highly collaborative with a high degree of intellectual curiosity
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and strategically adept
- Self-aware, courageous, adaptable, calm under pressure, able to operate in high-pressure, chaotic situations
Why us?
You will work on real-world problems and make an impact by protecting our customers from cyber threats.
