What will you do?

The overall responsibilities will include architecting, designing, scoping, and planning HR, Payroll, Sales Compensation, and other HCM functions with a primary focus on technology, data, process, security, and integrations

  • Support SentinelOne’s HR systems Workday, Greenhouse, Xactly, and other supporting HR applications.
  • Hands-on configuration and support/implementation of Workday absence, time tracking, integrations, user security, troubleshooting system issues
  • Act as subject matter expert, partnering with key stakeholders and users in all aspects of analysis, design, and testing for system integrations with HR System.
  • Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals, and gaps
  • Responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring the Workday HCM product and creating documentation as needed. Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify and recommend opportunities for automation and process improvements
  • Consult and make recommendations regarding the design and configuration of new and/or existing. systems. Include partnering and driving input into HR system strategic roadmap
  • Manage delivery timeframes and communications with business stakeholders.
  • Document requirements and user stories.
  • Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end-user representatives
  • Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met
  • Work closely with the project team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end-user acceptance signoff

What skills & knowledge should you bring?

  • 5+ years of experience implementing HR systems.
  • Ability to juggle and project manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience and working knowledge of Workday (HCM, Absence & Payroll), Greenhouse, Incent, and other HR systems.
  • Experience with Workday reporting and analytics
  • Ability to build integrations using Workday Studio is a plus
  • Ability to build relationships and quickly establish credibility with business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and change management skills.
  • Robust problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Workday Payroll,(US & Canada), Extend, Prism is a plus
  • Experience with Sales Compensation systems

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some

locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range
$128,000$160,000 USD
