What are we looking for?

As a Demand Generation Specialist (Webinars & Tools), you will take ownership of our global webinar strategy and schedule, ensuring that it remains brimming with captivating and pertinent webinars that effectively meet our global MQL and pipeline objectives.

The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating with various teams, including campaign managers, product marketing, Customer Success, global field marketing teams (NAMER, EMEA, APJ), translation experts, and external organizations or analyst groups. You will formulate comprehensive webinar strategies, create engaging content, and manage scheduling across different products, regions, and audience segments (prospect, partner, customer).

What will you do?

  • Own webinar lifecycle from conception to completion
    • Topic and presenter selection and scheduling
    • Copywriting webinar abstracts and creating promotion materials
    • Coordinating with Marketing Ops for landing page creation and tracking
    • Tracking registration and promoting more as needed
    • Communicating with sales and marketing on upcoming webinars
    • Coordinating with presenters to ensure presentation materials are completed in a timely manner and are uploaded into platform along with supporting engagement materials
    • Run and monitor live webinars, troubleshoot live, and ensure quality audience experience
    • Archive and edit webinars in post production
    • Copywriting follow-up emails to webinar audiences
    • Pull post-webinar reporting and distribute to key stakeholders and sales teams
    • Track on-demand performance and promote as needed
  • Own webinar promotion strategy
    • Email invites & audience
    • Social media posts
    • Internal communication
    • Pitch templates

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: A proven track record of at least 5+ years in demand generation or related marketing roles.
  • Webinar Expertise: Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and executing successful webinars.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some

locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range
$88,000$121,000 USD
