We’re hiring: Principal Applied AI Engineer, Agentic Intelligence at SenseMesh
Most systems watching the physical world still stop at detection, alerts, and fragmented workflows.
SenseMesh is building a real-time AI operating system for the physical world — a system that connects cameras, drones, and sensors into a live world model that can be searched, reasoned over, and used to drive action. We already have strong foundations in perception, messaging, infrastructure, and an emerging intelligence layer on top.
Now we’re looking for an exceptional hands-on engineer to take ownership of that layer and extend it much further: natural language reasoning, agentic search, retrieval, and evidence-grounded answers over a live multi-sensor reality graph.
This is not a generic prompt engineering role. It is a deep systems and product role at the intersection of multimodal AI, search, retrieval, reasoning, real-time systems, and human decision-making.
You’re likely a strong fit if you’ve built production systems in some mix of:
- AI search or question answering
- retrieval, ranking, and multi-step query orchestration
- agent or tool-use workflows
- graph-backed or structured-data reasoning
- multimodal or video-adjacent AI
- evals, observability, and quality loops for AI products
The work sits at the frontier of applied AI systems: routing sub-queries across structured filters, vector similarity, and graph traversal; fusing ranked results from heterogeneous sources; evolving retrieval toward direct visual embeddings; designing temporal operators that reason over sequences and duration; and building evaluation methods for open-ended investigative queries where no single ground truth exists.
We want builders who write excellent code, think from first principles, and turn ambitious AI ideas into systems people trust.
For the right person, this is a chance to do career-defining work.
Let’s build something great together.
