Responsibilities Overview
As the Engineering Team Lead, your duties will be split between contributing to the development and maintenance of our platform, and the line management of the engineers on the team.
We’re looking for someone who cares about the wellbeing, professional growth and performance of the team, while still wanting to remain hands-on.
You’ll help our team grow and develop, while also contributing to business-critical technical work.
This role would be suitable for those with experience as a tech lead, mentor, engineering manager, or skilled senior engineers looking to take their first step into management.
You will report to Peter Hedley, CTO.
