At Recycleye, we’re using ground-breaking AI combined with automation extraction technology such as robots and air jets to support the profitable sorting of materials for recycling. We were founded in 2019, and have been growing rapidly ever since, with installations of our technology at leading waste management companies across Europe and the US.
We partner with our clients to help them produce higher quality outputs, transforming the economics of waste sorting and recycling – it's all about our vision to turn the world’s waste into resource. And our work has never been needed more. According to the OECD, only 9% of plastic waste has ever been recycled, so we’re proud that our work helps to make the recycling of waste materials more attractive.

We are looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to join our growing team and help lead our technical support function with our clients. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day planned preventative maintenance services, unplanned reactive maintenance services and scheduled repairs, as well as play an ambassadorial role for the company. They should be hungry to find solutions to mechanical issues, always thinking about the customer experience, and eager to make a pivotal impact on our company and this technology. This person should expect to be traveling around the UK and some parts of Europe the majority of their time, but be able to get to London from time to time to be with the team.
A successful applicant will want to learn everything there is to know about our product and genuinely want to help ourcustomers succeed. They will bewilling todig in to troubleshoot issues and solve problems outside of their domain.
