Role and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding matters related to leadership.

  • Champion and execute team initiatives and activities, such as team events, etc.

  • Perform general office duties, including supply ordering, records management.

  • Assist with drafting communications, managing tasks and follow-ups, taking notes, and staying organized.

  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings

  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in executive / admin assisting or an adjacent role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate well.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Slack, and Google Calendar/Workspace.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.

  • Ability to handle information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines effectively.

  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
