About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead the growth and enablement of our partner ecosystem. This role combines strategic thinking, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and strong relationship-building skills to empower partners to effectively position and build with or sell Reality Defender’s deepfake detection solutions. You’ll drive partner engagement, align efforts with business goals, and deliver impactful education, training and support.
Responsibilities
Build interest, trust, and evangelism amongst our existing partner network. Empower our partners to do the same amongst their clients.
Design and deliver training programs for channel partners to “train the trainers”, leveraging formats like slides, pitch decks, and video content, while integrating adult education principles.
Bring in new strategic partners that align with our roadmap, ICP and ecosystem opportunities. These may unlock new feature sets and / or new growth opportunities
Develop and enhance the partner program, including processes and materials, to enable partners to effectively position and build with our platform.
Facilitate account mapping sessions and joint meetings to identify target accounts and opportunities for partner-initiated deals and proof of concepts (POCs).
Educate partners on product offerings, competitive positioning, and differentiators through enablement sessions and ongoing training.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Technical Teams to ensure partners are fully equipped with resources and tools.
Manage full sales cycles with partners acting in a support function including exploratory calls, demos, creating and providing custom materials and closing deals.
Track and report partner and sales execution against key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Evangelize the company’s AI and solution offerings internally and externally to strengthen the partner ecosystem.
About You
5+ years of experience in Sales, Technical Enablement, and/or Channel Enablement
Proven track record of influencing channel / strategic and other partners to build with and/or sell your company’s solutions
Skilled at simplifying complex concepts and clearly communicating value propositions.
Proven ability to build strategic relationships with partners and drive mutual success.
Successful track record of managing full sales cycles in collaboration with partners.
Proficient in creating accountability plans and analyzing partner performance to drive results.
Passionate about cyber security, AI, innovative technologies and adept at promoting technical solutions across partner ecosystems.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally to achieve business goals.
