Reach Power is seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our wireless power delivery products. The ideal candidate is a technically proficient, hands-on PM with a strong engineering background, capable of translating technical details into actionable product requirements. This role requires a B-to-B mindset, agile methodology experience, and the ability to work on systems-level hardware, software, and user interface components.
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and execute the product strategy, including defining short-term and long-term goals.
Technical Proficiency: Leverage your technical background (e.g., TME, sales engineering, engineering degree) to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
Product Requirements: Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and specifications, ensuring clear and concise documentation of product features, functionalities, and user stories.
B-to-B Focus: Drive the development of business-to-business (B-to-B) products, aligning with the needs and expectations of our enterprise customers.
RF and Systems Experience: Utilize your expertise in RF technology, including wireless power, and systems-level knowledge (hardware, software, UI) to shape product development.
Agile Environment: Lead product development in an agile environment, working closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure efficient product delivery.
Government Experience: If applicable, leverage any government-related experience to navigate regulatory requirements and opportunities effectively.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field (engineering degree required).
Several years of experience as a Product Manager, with a demonstrated track record of growth in your career.
Hunger for success and a passion for driving innovation in the wireless power industry.
Experience with RF technology, especially wireless power, is advantageous.
Strong systems-level understanding, including hardware, software, and user interface.
Proven experience in B-to-B product development.
Proficiency in agile methodologies.
Government-related experience is a valuable plus.
