nTopology is hiring an innovative and data-driven ABM Manager. This individual will play a pivotal role in nTop’s go-to-market strategy by creating and executing a cohesive account based marketing strategy, and will work closely with marketing and sales to implement it.
This position reports to our Director of Growth Marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end program and campaign strategy, planning, and execution across multiple digital channels to drive new logo acquisition and account expansion
  • Build the foundation to drive scalable ABM campaigns and leverage data to iterate and optimize
  • Build annual and quarterly ABM plans for target accounts with specific KPIs and drive improved conversions at every sales stage
  • Manage 6sense and work closely with marketing and sales ops to ensure seamless integration with other marketing and sales tech
  • Refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and target accounts list, in collaboration with sales and marketing
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to define and execute campaign strategy and tactics
  • Create self-serve ABM programs that can be leveraged by sales
  • Create and manage reporting to track campaign success

Who You Are

  • You have 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working cross-functionally across sales and marketing teams to drive new customer acquisition and pipeline generation
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Facebooks Ads, Marketo is a plus
  • Experience with paid search, social, display, programmatic, and digital video
  • Proven experience developing a successful account-based marketing strategy
  • Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent organization, planning, prioritization, and project management skills
  • Ability to think strategically with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on
  • Understanding of pipeline management and metrics
  • A team player – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
