Duties and Responsibilities
Management Responsibilities
- Sales Development Manager will have the ability to manage and motivate a team a team of SDRS to achieve quotas around qualifieds leads and meetings set that result in closed business by Sales and Account Executives while managing an individual territory with a quota and an overall team quota
- Measure, monitor and hold SDRS accountable for their activities and results as well as lead by example
- Sales Development Manager will work with the SDRs to improve cold calling, qualification and discovery calls, prospecting sequences, appointment setting, follow up, organization, and overall prospecting effectiveness
- Work with CRO to increase efficiencies and processes within department
- Mentor SDRs while building a strong collaborative team that is responsible for providing qualified leads to Sales and Account Executives
Individual Responsibilities
- Calling on hospitals to set sales meetings for Sales and Account Executives
- Meeting monthly sales targets for meetings set and Sales Accepted Leads and Sales Qualified Leads leading to revenue generation
- Leveraging sales tools (CRM and other areas of the tech stack) and updating CRM with notes and activities relevant to calling activities
- Calling and emailing marketing generated leads
- Sourcing and creating new sales opportunities
- Conducting research for personalized outreach
- Collaborating with leadership ( C- Suite, Product, Sales) about the value of MIC’s products and services
- In collaboration with the marketing team you will:
- Use client feedback to suggest ideas about new campaigns, features, or products
- 5% travel required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years relevant sales experience with selling software solutions to hospitals and experience managing an SDR team
- Experience with prospecting, cold calling, customer outreach via phone and email, utilizing preferably Salesforce
- Experience documenting results in Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
- Dynamic, professional presence for video meetings
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Creative problem solving, listening and curiosity
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn / Sales Navigator and the Google Suite of products preferred
