Job Overview
Mainspring Energy is at the forefront of developing cutting edge products and is seeking for a Process Manufacturing Engineer to support our Manufacturing Operation in Monterrey by driving optimization of production processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring efficient line design and balance. This role will focus on increasing throughput, enhancing efficiency, and supporting product changes to ensure smooth implementation in production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial and manufacturing engineering, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset to enhance operational performance. New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.
