About the role:
In this role, you will be directly responsible for delivering best in class support of various People programs, projects, initiatives, and requests across the team, including: Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Engagement. You will report directly to the People Operations Manager. The ideal candidate is someone with 3+ years of experience who is looking to gain exposure to all aspects of the People Operations function and has a strong understanding of systems and program management administration.

What you'll do:

  • Manage our Rippling HRIS systems
  • Design, develop, and rollout employee communications and documentation (e.g. policies & procedures, job aides, presentations, support materials, etc)
  • Uplevel and own our onboarding and offboarding initiatives
  • Coordinate any assigned training sessions and provide any support needed
  • Support our facilities team and company wide event initiatives
  • Act as the first point of contact for day to day questions from employees, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and prompt, solution-oriented communication
  • Collaborate with the TA team to elevate our efforts and help develop best practices for recruitment procedures and processes
  • Build the people team metrics and insights board
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Proven track record of strong dedication to delivering exceptional employee experience
  • Ability to make judgment calls
  • Proven track record of handling sensitive information with discretion
