About the role:
Lumafield is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our incredibly successful and growing sales team. Are you a competitive and motivated go-getter? What you'll do:
Conduct high volume prospecting into qualified accounts (100+ outbound activities per day)
Work closely and collaboratively with the sales leadership to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
Work internally with other departments to provide data/feedback you are hearing from prospects
Schedule online meetings for Account Executives
Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned
Deliver a WOW customer experience, always
Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate them to the leadership team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong interest in a selling role
The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
The technical aptitude to master our CRM system
A keenly developed competitive nature
A highly self-driven sense of motivation
The ability to deal with objections and handle rejection
Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas, preferred
Experience working around advanced manufacturing companies is a plus
