What we do

As the Director of Channel Marketing, you will report directly to Kentik’s CMO and be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our channel marketing program. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with channel partners, to design marketing strategies that drive revenue growth through these partnerships, and to educate and enable the partner ecosystem. This is a collaborative role in which you will work closely with channel, alliance, sales teams, as well as your colleagues in marketing.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel marketing strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective channel partners
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted marketing materials and sales enablement programs for channel partners
  • Manage channel marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel marketing activities, using data to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our channel marketing strategies remain relevant and effective

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years of experience in channel marketing or a similar role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and how to support channel partners in a sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with partners, customers, and internal teams
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Exceptional collaboration skills

Our compensation philosophy encompasses a fair program for all in order to attract, engage and retain talented individuals who will drive our business and wow our customers.

The compensation range for this position is $175,000 - $235,000. This range reflects the low and high end of the U.S. compensation range Kentik reasonably and generally expects to pay the hired candidate in this role. The actual compensation offered may be lower or higher than the stated range depending on various factors, including but not limited to:

  • Experience with the skill sets required for success
  • Demonstrated competencies and potential
  • A geographic market-based approach
