If you are a results-driven sales developer who can develop relationships and gain commitments, we are looking for you! As a Business Development Representative, you will contribute to our Sales growth by generating a pipeline through the identification and qualification of new sales opportunities with prospects within a set of named assigned accounts and potential targets.
What You Will Do:
- Conducting cold calls to potential clients to gather contact information for new leads that result in appointments for the sales team.
- Providing timely follow-up on marketing campaigns.
- Responding to incoming requests from the outsourced prospecting team
- Researching target accounts, adding new prospect companies within our revenue thresholds and creating a knowledgebase of historical and current information. (i.e. current revenue, competitors, transaction volume, historical audits, ERP systems, software used, etc.)
- Working with Sales Executives on bringing the accounts to closure.
- Promoting and drawing attendance to various conferences and events.
- Maintain a database of leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities, accurately and consistently.
- Effectively prepare the sales team with contact and account knowledge in preparation for meetings

- Ability to identify key decision-makers, to understand and define their needs, and communicate the value of the solutions that Jupiter can provide.
- Ability to build and nurture internal relationships.
- Ability to respond constructively to rejection or frustration.
- Salesforce or similar contact management system
- A polished and poised personal presentation.
- A positive, persistent approach to work.
- Highly effective verbal communication skills – able to achieve desired results with customers, prospects, vendors and partners through effective, articulate communications.
- Self-starter attitude and behavior, motivated and enthusiastic about contributing to the success of a rapidly growing company.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments.
