This role requires you to be in the Illumio HQ 3x a week. This is a 12-week summer internship that will take place during the summer of 2024.

The Support Operations Intern will provide support to the Knowledge Management team in further developing and maintaining knowledge management initiatives. The intern will have the opportunity to learn about the principles and practices of Knowledge Centered Service (KCS), and to gain experience in a variety of tasks, such as:
Working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies.
Developing and maintaining knowledge repositories
Creating and managing knowledge content, such as knowledge articles, community posts, and related material
Facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration
Supporting the development and implementation of knowledge management policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the development and maintenance of knowledge repositories, such as the knowledge base, internal wiki, community and other document management systems.
Create and manage knowledge products, such as knowledge articles, community posts, and presentations
Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among colleagues, through working sessions and meetings
Support the development and implementation of knowledge management policies and procedures
Conduct research and content gap analysis on knowledge management topics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Other duties as assigned
Experience:
Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a related field, such as information science or business administration with an emphasis in technology (e.g. MIS or CIS)
Excellent research and writing skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to contribute and influence across levels and functions
Proficiency in common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with knowledge management tools and technologies
Experience with online collaboration tools
Experience with developing and delivering documentation
A quick learner with a strong aptitude for technology
Previous internship experience required

Pay Range:
$ 30 USD - $ 35 USD
