This role requires you to be in the Illumio HQ 4x a week. This is a 12-week summer internship that will take place during the summer of 2024.

We are looking for a Scale Engagement intern that will be managing existing customer facing assets, creating customer facing communication, and assisting in online community events. The candidate must be willing to work collaboratively, as well as make decisions and show value based on data. The candidate will also be responsible for presenting and explaining their contributions to the organization.

Manage files for customer facing assets
Assist in online events from set up, to broadcast, and post analysis
Create and maintain customer facing communication for online events, community threads and tools
Analyze data from customer events
Communicate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and understand business needs
Currently enrolled in a degree program in a relevant field, such as Communications, Marketing, Business, or Computer Science
Must be willing to learn new tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
