Staff Software Engineer, Kubernetes Security
On-site work model of 5 days in office/week in Sunnyvale, CA
In this role, you will have the opportunity to own and design critical features and subsystem, work out all the details, and defend the design before your peers.
As a Staff Engineer, you will build a new, unprecedented way to orchestrate Zero Trust segmentation , down to the application and pod/container level, identifying and easily blocking pathways of attack in the container ecosystem.
To thrive in this role, you have experience in system programming C++, multi-process and multi-threaded applications, and familiarity with Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities:
Use the latest technologies and C++ standard.
You will understand and enhance modern container platforms such as Kubernetes, Istio, OpenShift, AKS, EKS, GKE etc.
You will have the opportunity to own and design critical features and subsystems, work out all the details, and defend the design before your peers.
You will deliver a rock-solid implementation that is elegant, simple, scalable, stable, secure, and supportable. Our product protects the critical infrastructure of large enterprises. It must work.
You will have the opportunity to work with the field organization and key customers to shape this novel product.
Experience:
Bonus Points:
Experience with firewalling technologies such as iptables, nftables, WFP or packet filter.
Familiarity with BPF/eBPF
Experience with Kubernetes deployments in production

Pay Range:
$175,00 USD - $210,000 USD
