We are looking for a strategic demand generation and growth marketing leader to drive predictable and scalable pipeline coverage for our global sellers. As part of this role, you will lead a team of talented professionals driving demand generation programs, and oversee Integrated demand generation, digital marketing, SEO, ABM and more. This effort will impact the entire funnel and feed our Account Development Representatives (ADR) and Account Executive (AE) teams.

Success in this role is measured by revenue-ready pipeline, versus downloads and leads. That means the ideal candidate will be able to measure the success of each touchpoint in the buyer’s journey and how we can optimize programs that aren’t working, and exponentially fuel efforts that are proving results. Reporting into the VP of Demand Generation, you’ll work in partnership with multiple stakeholders, including ADR leadership, Field and Channel Marketing, Marketing Operations, Content Marketing and Product Marketing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the creation and execution of our marketing programs that align with our strategic objectives. This includes managing multi-channel initiatives at a global scale and operating against a comprehensive plan.

  • Measure program effectiveness and share the return on investment for our spend on an ongoing basis.

  • Adjust our execution and focus based on what the data is telling us, or where there are new initiatives that need additional attention. Be proactive to take action, and communicate when there’s an opportunity to improve.

  • Collaborate with ADRs and AEs to identify target accounts, and optimize lead follow up and qualification processes.

  • Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure maximum utilization and effectiveness.

  • Own the account based marketing strategy, which includes identifying accounts, developing a plan, and executing on programs that drive revenue-ready pipeline.

  • Manage a team of Demand Gen and Growth team members. This will include hiring, coaching and mentoring on an on-going basis.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years of managing a team.

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in hiring, mentoring, and retaining a world-class team.

  • Proven track record of success in owning a multi-channel demand generation mix of programs.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Deep knowledge of SFDC, Marketo, and leading MarTech vendors.

  • Thorough analytical abilities and experience to make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent understanding on how to analyze and optimize conversion rates across the funnel.

Pay Range:

$196,000.00 USD - $235,000.00 USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
