You’ll find yourself moving between desk research, travelling to meet farmers and ranchers on the ground, and driving alignment and understanding across Halter. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, providing clarity and ensuring prioritisation. You’ll be masterful at quickly understanding new markets and opportunities, building trusting relationships, and creating excitement across the Halter team.
Aside from driving commercial growth, you will be making a real-world impact, making farming more productive and sustainable. You will build relationships across influential farming and industry leaders while working closely with senior leaders within Halter.
