About the role
We’re looking for a driven, skilled Key Account Manager to lead and grow Halter’s portfolio of Corporate and Enterprise customers. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to drive change and deliver value.
You’ll be responsible for managing large-scale corporate farming businesses—from early rollout through to full integration of Halter’s technology. Your focus will be on ensuring success within these accounts and unlocking long-term growth opportunities.
Is this you? You’re a natural relationship builder, deeply attuned to how farm systems operate and where value can be added. You thrive in high-pressure environments, taking initiative to deliver results—even in challenging conditions. You’re comfortable shifting between different contexts: negotiating a multi-million dollar deal in a boardroom one day, reporting KPIs to a GM the next, and collaborating with on-farm teams by Friday. You know how to navigate corporate layers with finesse, tailoring your communication to suit every level of the organisation.
You’ll likely bring a strong understanding of farm systems and a passion for driving on-farm change. This isn’t a typical role—it’s a strategic, high-stakes position that will play a pivotal part in Halter’s expansion into the corporate sector.
