Success in the Role: What are performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

In the First 30 Days:

  • Familiarize yourself with our culture and meet the TS&S team.
  • Learn about our product offerings and gain insights into the sales process.
  • Acquire knowledge about system assignment and allocation processes.
  • Get acquainted with Salesforce and understand Sales Support/Customer Support Requests.
  • Engage with the Project Management team to grasp their roles and responsibilities.

Within 3 Months:

  • Successfully assign and allocate assets in Salesforce.
  • Understand the Parent/Child relationship in creating accounts and its impact on the Portal.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Portal and gain insights into SAAS product offerings.
  • Ensure completion of all TS&S documentation attached to 100% of the deal, stored in the archive.
  • Participate in supporting a go-live event or Demo.
  • Engage actively in planning and deployment meetings.
  • Contribute to data accuracy by creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce.

By the End of the First Year:

  • Support training sessions at the customer site as needed.
  • Develop the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle all sales support functions.
  • Schedule projects, deployments, and labor while managing costs effectively.
  • Demonstrate the capability to stand in for Project Managers and the Deployment Manager when required.

This role is based out of the HQ in Waltham, Massachusetts with some flexibility in being remote some days.

What is the salary range?

The base salary range for this full-time position is $62,000 -$92,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
