The Role
World Forum is ServiceNow's global field event series — nine cities, six continents, thousands of customers and prospects in the room. This role executes on the marketing campaigns that bring the series to life.
As the Campaign Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll partner closely with the Senior Manager who sets the global campaign architecture, then own the work that makes it real: campaign operations, digital presence, and sales enablement. You'll be the connective tissue between the plan and the output.
This role is for someone with high creative standards and the speed to match. You move fast without losing craft. You embrace AI as a core part of how you work — not to replace judgment, but to sharpen it and ship better work, faster.
If you thrive in environments where the work is hard, the pace is relentless, and the output actually matters — this is the role.
What You'll Own
Campaign Operations
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution across the World Forum series — coordinating timelines, assets, and stakeholders from brief to launch.
• Own the campaign calendar and keep cross-functional partners (content, digital, regional teams, sales) sequenced and on track.
• Serve as a hands-on partner to the Senior Manager on global campaign execution — picking up projects, pressure-testing concepts, and moving fast when it counts.
• Help adapt global campaign frameworks for regional use; work with geo teams to make localization feel effortless.
• Keep campaigns on schedule even when priorities shift.
Digital
• Own the World Forum digital audience acquisition — from city landing pages to email communications to paid media campaigns.
• Partner with web teams to build and maintain event pages; write and edit copy that converts.
• Ensure paid media campaigns across channels are executed and optimized against registration targets.
• Manage our email communications and coordinate the distribution with each region.
• Track digital performance and bring data-backed recommendations on where to push and where to pull back.
Sales Enablement
• Develop and maintain World Forum assets for sales— templates, slides, invites, and supporting collateral.
• Work with the field and sales teams to understand what they actually need, then build it with the quality they'd be proud to share.
• Maintain assets that make repeatable work faster and more consistent. Keep content current across cities and campaign cycles.
