To be successful in this role you have:
· 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience or equivalent
· Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
· Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
· Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with a Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence
· Ability to actively listen to customer requirements and map the appropriate solution to address the customer’s business issue
· Eagerness and willingness to continuously learn
· Experience in Manufacturing industry a plus
· Solution Consulting certifications in Demo2Win, Inspire2Win, Toastmasters a plus
· Strong preference for Sothern California location
· Travel as necessary
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $165,825 - $273,675, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
