The Enterprise & Field Marketing organization in ServiceNow is responsible for enabling revenue growth, adoption and customer success across all our direct and indirect sales channels.
We are a high performing APAC team, looking for a highly organized, goal-oriented, self-directed professional to be an active player in our APAC Integrated Marketing team. You will interact directly with key business leaders and marketing teams across the globe to conceive, drive and deliver campaign strategies across the customer’s lifecycle, from awareness and education to acquisition, progression, application use and value realization for CRM & Industry Solutions.
You will play a key role in analyzing our target segments & territories for opportunity and targeting buying groups & personas within the segments and APAC regions such as India, Australia, New Zealand, ASEAN, Hong Kong & Korea.
You’ll be responsible for driving the CRM & industry Solutions Marketing program strategy, influencing and collaborating with regional field marketing teams to activate and deliver business goals.
You will have a strong understanding of go-to-market (GTM) sales strategies, leveraging GTM motions on solutions, industry, partner marketing, new customer acquisition and customer success to achieve results.
You’re a savvy APAC marketing programs leader who can conceptualize, execute and manage insight-driven optimizations and executive-level reporting across a diverse and matrixed organization.
Crucial to your success is having a good foundation in SaaS and enterprise technology, multi-faceted experience in integrated marketing strategy and program development, relationship management skills, team collaboration, adaptability and expertise in enterprise technology marketing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Purpose:
This role leads marketing programs for CRM & Industry in APAC, aligned to the leadership team, go-to-market strategies and growth plans.
This role aligns with the Global Marketing team for CRM & Industry Solutions & adapts global programs into APAC. The successful candidate will understand and adapt the region and country context, working across teams, to orchestrate execution for the growth plans and segment focus.
Key responsibilities
Act as the APAC marketing lead for CRM & Industry BU collaborating closely with all GTM, Sales, Partner teams to gather insights, develop strategies and align plans to accelerate business growth.
Prepare and input into forecasts, performance reports, monitoring key business metrics, quality and audience insights.
