Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a blend of ServiceNow expertise, AI curiosity, and hands-on engineering skill:
Required:
5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting, technical consulting, or software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency with the ServiceNow Platform, especially App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Now Assist.
Proven ability to design and build data-driven workflows, integrations, or automation prototypes.
Strong experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow low-code and scripted development.
Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, prompt design, and API integration (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex).
Excellent communication skills, can simplify technical depth into clear business value.
Preferred:
Experience delivering AI and automation POCs in customer-facing environments.
Familiarity with LangChain, MCP, RAG, vector databases, or AI model orchestration frameworks.
Certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS, ServiceNow Micro-Certs, or Now Assist Fundamentals.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
A passion for experimentation, learning, and knowledge sharing.
